Talked to homeowner about situation with the boiler. Customer had an indirect hot water tank installed and is now not using the domestic coil of the oil boiler. Homeowner did not see any visible water leaks anywhere but did climb up in crawspace to check, found no water leaks. After running boiler found loop getting hot and just some water noise when pump first comes on. No air in the lines. Did find spiro vent very corroded though, provided estimate to replace air bleeder.
