everyone I've talked with or worked with previously was great. This particular associate needs a little refresher in customer service. When asked exactly what service(s) he'd be performing as part of the check up, he looked shocked as if he'd never been asked that before then struggled to find the words. When at the end he indicated a part was needed and I asked what the part was and what the issue was, he actually said "how do I explain this". I'm well educated son, I'm pretty sure if you use English and explain it at a laymen's terms, I'll be able to understand.
