Performed Precision Heat Tune Up on First Floor System. Changed the 16x25x1 Air Filter. Performed Cleaning and servicing of Humdifier. Tested operation of Humidifier. Humidistat Control is set to 35% and the Damper is open. Overall condition of the First Floor Furnace is poor. Furnace is operating and Combustion Analysis results were to standards. There is a large amount of rust present by the Inducer Motor Area and along the Bottom of the Secondary Heat Exchanger Seal. No water leaking was noted during servicing. If this has not been previously addressed, this could be a result of the Inducer Motor Adaptor Assembly leaking and/or the seals on the Secondary Heat Exchanger could be bad. The Burners on the Furnace were rusted but after cleaning are still in good condition. A large amount of rust was noted in each Tubing of the Heat Exchanger. No cracks were detected.
