Performed Precision Heat Tune Up on both the First Floor System and Second Floor Systems. Replaced both Air Filters. While testing Electrical Components on the First Floor System, found Blower Motor Capacitor was measuring below its rating. Spoke with Homeowner about Capacitor and Installed a new Blower Capacitor. Homeowner was concerned that the Humidifier for the First Floor System was not working. Found the Humdifier was Turned Off at the Humidistat Control and the Damper on the Humidifier was closed. Performed Humidifier Cleaning and Servicing. Tested operation of Humdifier and set Humidistat to 35%. Performed Combustion Analysis on Furnace. The Combustion Levels were slightly higher than recommended. The Gas Pressure could not be adjusted due to the Gas Valve being pinned at its highest level. Overall the First Floor System is in ok condition. Due to age and condition, recommend to begin planning for replacement of the First a Floor System in the Future. Performed Combustion Ana
