Cleaned outdoor coil for second floor unit, after cleaning coil check operation of heat pump found system to be low on refrigerant, next step is to find where the refrigerant went, we need to add refrigerant and dye so we can find out where is the refrigerant leaking, manufacture does it cover the cost of refrigerant and dye, customer approved adding refrigerant and dye, we will check for leaks next time we came back for tune up, also check older first floor unit, found unit to be slightly low on refrigerant r22, it is not low to the point where is not cooling, but system is loosing capacity and efficiency, would recommended system replacement we will provided an estimate to replace system
