Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on York Gas Fired Furnace. Checked Air Filter. Replaced 14x25x1 Air Filter. Recommend checking Air Filter every 30-60 Days and replacing as necessary. While testing Electrical Components, found the Blower Capacitor was measuring below its recommended rating. Installed a new 10 Mfd Capacitor and tested operation. Inspected Heat Exchanger and Burner Assembly. Performed Combustion Analysis on Furnace while measuring Manifold Gas Pressure. Combustion Readings were all to standard. While onsite inspected Hot Water Heater which has a Manufacturer Date of April 2006. Average life of residential Water Heaters are between 10-12 Years. Due to the Water Heater being 12 Years old, recommendation is for replacement before any issues arise. Thank You for being part of the Service Membership Program.
