Performed Precision Heat Tune Up on the Three Gas Furnace Systems for the Home. Checked and replaced the Air Filters for the 1st Floor Main System and the 2nd Floor System. The Air Filter for the addition of the 1st Floor was in good condition. The Heat Exchangers and Burners for the two First Floor Systems are heavily rusted. The Burners and Heat Exchanger for the Second Floor Unit were much cleaner with very little rust present. While testing the Second Floor Unit, found the system was working intermittently and cycling off without lighting. After troubleshooting system, found the Pressure Switch was not closing. Checked Venting to ensure that it was not blocked. Installed a new Universal Pressure Switch and Calibrated to 1.15" WC. Performed Combustion Analysis on all Systems. Combustion Levels were to standards for all systems. While all systems are now in operation, due to age and condition recommend begin planning for replacement.
