Performed Precision Air Conditioning Tune Up on System. The 14x25x1 Air Filter was clean and in good condition. Cleaned Condensation Drain Pipe and Pump. Filled and tested operation of Pump. Turned Humidifier off at the Humidistat Control and Closed Damper. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system. Sub-cooling Levels were slightly below standard but was consistent with prior year numbers. Added 4oz of 410-A Refrigerant to increase Sub-cooling to recommended level. System is operating to standards at this time.
