No heat first floor, blank thermostat blank, found first floor auxiliary pan full of water, noticed water leak was coming from secondary heat exchanger collector box, quoted for repairs, removed collector box and reapplied gasket, and replace screw, also empty auxiliary pan, test and cycle furnace after repair no leaks were found, recommended having both systems check out/tune up, customer ok performed two propane gas furnaces and service humidifier, replace filters, clean flame sensor, check manifold pressure ok combustion test cycle units ok both furnaces are working under manufacturer specifications would recommend at some near future adding ez trap for attic unit and upgrade first floor thermostat to IAQ THERMOSTAT to control humidifier from thermostat to read better humidity levels, noticed high humidity levels on basement, customer had had some mold/mildew would recommend attic problem before it becomes a big issue,
