Performed cooling maintenance, replaced standard air filters. Cleaned condensate drains. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values. Started air conditioners, checked refrigerant charge, found second floor air conditioner low on charge. Topped off air conditioner and balanced charge by superheat. Checked operation and temperature drop across coils.
