Had previously been onsite and found 1st Floor System very low on charge. Performed electronic Leak Search on system and found a leak on the Indoor Aspen Coil. Ordered a replacement Trane Coil and returned to install. Reclaimed refrigerant and disconnected and removed old coil. Installed new Coil on Furnace and fabricated a transition between the Coil and existing ductwork due to new coil being 3†shorter than previous coil. Adapted Refrigerant pipes to new coil and brazed in with nitrogen. Pressure tested system with nitrogen to ensure it was holding pressure. Evacuated system to below 500 Microns and released refrigerant charge. Adapted Condensation Drain pipe to new Coil. Sealed all connections between the coil and ductwork. Replaced the 20x25x1 Air Filter. Put system in operation to test. Measured refrigerant charge and added a total of 7 lbs of 410-A charging by Subcooling/Superheat. While testing the AC, found the 70 Mfd Compressor Capacitor and the 7.5 Mfd Fan Capacitor were
