Found when I first arrived talked to joe about heat pump system. System has had about 3 lbs added about a month ago. Suggested that we add 410a refrigerant with leak dye in order to find the refrigerant leak. Went inside at the indoor unit and found coil completely frozen. Tried to defrost coil in heat mode but there is probably not enough refrigerant in the system to make the coil hot enough. Ran for about 20 minutes with no progress. Told joe we will need to return to add refrigerant if this is the issue and leak dye to the system.
