Performed precision a/c tune up on 1 Rheem a/c system and 1 amana a/c system. Replaced Aprilaire 413 air filter, and 20x25x4 filter is ok. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out condensate drain. Checked temperature split on both systems. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Both systems are working fine at time of inspection.
