Performed precision heat tune up on 2 amana gas furnaces, and 1 amana heat pump. Replaced 16x20x1 air filter. And replaced 2 Aprilaire 413 air filters. Checked all electrical conections and components. After talking to homeowner, he had to reset wet switch a few times this summer. Found suction line needed a small amount of insulation before going into air handler and was possibly dripping on switch. Wrapped foam tape around line. Also air filter was pretty dirty also. Performed combustion test on both gas furnace s. Cleaned flame sensors and blew out condensate drains. All systems are working fine at time of inspection.
