Performed precision heat tune up on Payne gas furnace. Found air filter currently installed is not the right air filter. Homeowner to pick up correct air filter, temporary installed a 16x25x1 air filter checked all electrical components and connections. Blew out condensate drain. Cleaned flame sensor. Performed combustion test. Found 80 gallon electric water heater leaking. Gave homeowner several options. ( homeowner requested a quote to down size to a 50 gallon also). Also talked to homeowner about humidity issues. Found that condensation is just draining on the floor with no sump pit creating mold. Recommend installing a whole house dehumidifier with condensation pump and running exsisting condensation drains to new pump. Also ducting in system to main duct work. Gas furnace is working fine at time of inspection.
