Performed two propane gas heaters tune up, second floor unit checked out ok cleaned burners, check low and high stage manifold pressure ok combustion test clean sensor, check all electrical connections ok cycle furnace ok filter 413 ok, frost floor unit from 2002 needs some attention, clean sensor and burners, burners have lot of rust tried to cleaned as much as possible, also igniter is getting weak, check manifold propane pressure ok 10 wc, performed combustion test co is close to 100 ppm, noticed some incomplete combustion inside heat exchanger, some signs of carbon/soot, this is an indication that heat exchanger is starting to failed, due to age, high cost to repair and condition of furnace would recommend replacing system,
