Customer experience some temperature fluctuations yesterday, thermostat would not go down past 77 F, customer usually keeps thermostat set to 70 or 68F. Check and wet over both systems first and second floor, systems are working just fine, temp split is 22 on both units, 69/47 F. Check outdoor units refrigerant pressures fist and second stage cooling ok cleaned both outdoor coils, both systems are working ok, customer only sees this temperature fluctuations when outdoor temp is over 95 degrees, and usually is between 1 pm to 7 pm, explained to customer that this could happen when outdoor temps are over 95 F. During today’s visit installed intake drain kit for first floor unit.
