Checked no heat complaint, found thermostat set to heat and calling for heat. Found outdoor unit locked out on high pressure. Reset lockout, checked for high pressure lockout. Checked btu output, found low btu output at 41 degrees. Found the area between filter and coil has a large space that the air is not going thru the coil. Will need to patch area.
