Returned to site to install new Control Board. Removed failed Control Board and Wiring. Installed new Board and made all Electrical Connections. Repaired wiring that was damaged during the burn up of the Board. Tested Operation of system in both Heating and Cooling Modes to ensure proper operation. While onsite performed AC Tune Up on system. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter provided by Homeowner. Cleared Drain Line from the Wash Sink where the Pipe drains into. There is no Access to clean Drain Line from the Coil. Inspected Electrical Components on the Indoor and Outdoor Units. While operating currently, recommend replacement of the Single Pole Contactor and the Dual Capacitor for the Outdoor Unit. Also recommend replacing a section of Thermostat Wire at the Outdoor Unit that the Insulation has worn through. Please see attached estimates. Due to age of system, 19 Years Old, recommend begin planning for replacement of the GasFurnace/AC before any further issues occur.
