Performed PECO Heat Pump Tune Up on System. Completed PECO Inspection Form. Replaced the 16x20x1 Air Filter. Please include the following when sending invoice to homeowner: While testing components found the Blower Motor Capacitor testing below its rating. The Turbo Capacitor for the Outdoor Unit was testing within rating but is at the lower end of its rating. The Contactor on the Outdoor Unit is very worn and has Arc Marks present due to being worn. Recommend replacement of these items to avoid any issues. When testing the Compressor the Amp readings measured above what the Compressor is rated for. Compressor is rated for 16.2 Amps and is measuring 16.9 Amps. This could indicate that the compressor is beginning to fail and is working harder to operate. The Outdoor Unit is 20 Years old and the Air Handler is 15. This is a major concern that the compressor is running at higher Amps. Recommend replacement of the system before failure occurs.
