Service call that the Heat was not working. Upon arrival, found system was operating and was informed that the system was working intermittently. System was not out on a Hard Lockout Code. Turned system up to test operation. Found unit very dirty and filter was very dirty. Recommended a Tune Up on the Gas Furnace. Performed Tune Up and tested combustion levels of Furnace. Inspected Electrical Components and cleaned Flame Sensor and Spark Ignitor Assembly. While testing system, found Heat Exchanger was very rusted in each burner chamber. Did not see any rust through, but due to the large amount of rust, would recommend replacement of the system before any further damage occurs. Also found when system lights off the last burner hesitates to fully ignite. When doing tune up, cleaned burners, but if the unit fails to light due to the burners, would recommend replacement of the whole burner assembly. Would need to contact Rheem to get pricing for the replacement of the Burners. System is op
