Reclaimed and removed old ac , coil and heater. Installed a new Amana gas heater with a new coil with a txv. Installed a new amana ac unit with rocks under a new plastic pad. Ran new copper lines from ac to coil and brazed and leak checked with soapy bubbles and 300 psi of nitrogen. Reconnected gas piping and adapted all duct work as needed. Ran a new return drop duct with a He filter installed. Ran a new fresh air flue pipe. Sealed all penetrations into the house. Ran a new electrical box with a switch and outlet . Installed a new condensate drain with a ez trap wired in and a new pump with new vinyl tubing ran over to discharge sink. Cut in a new return for the dining room and cut in to return duct. Used existing thermostat. Ac unit was installed with a new disconnect box and whip wired into unit. Installed a new Aprilaire humidifier and piped it in to supply. Ran water line to hit water heater piping. Tested unit in cool and in heat and unit is running at manufacture specifications.
