Performed precision a/c tune up on American standard a/c system. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out condensate drain and tested pump with water. Checked temperature split at indoor coil. Recommend installing a reme uv air scrubber for better air quality. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c system is working fine at time of service. 5/26/21. Installed reme halo air scrubber and Honeywell t6 WiFi thermostat. Tested and connected to WiFi
