Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Gas Furnace system. Checked 16x25x1 Air Filter. Filter was clean and in good condition. Inspected Electrical Components and cleaned Furnace Drain Lines. Inspected Heat Exchanger and burners. Heat exchanger has heavy rust forming inside of its chambers. No visible signs of the heat Exchanger being damaged were found at this time, but as the metal continues to rusts it can cause damage to the Heat Exchanger. Burners are in good condition. Performed Combustion Analysis on Furnace. While noted on a previous visit, the Water Heater is about 12-13 years old. Due to the age, would recommend replacement of the Water Heater before any issues occur. Thank You for renewing your Service Membership with us today!
