No ac, found system off, informed customer to set thermostat cool mode 65, indoor fan comes on, but no compressor, found faulty contactor, contacts not making good connection due to burnt, quoted to replace contactor once, unit comes one I would check amps draw on compressor and fan motor, and check refrigerant pressures, customer ok repairs after installation of new contactor check ac operation amps and voltage to compressor and motor ok, check supply and return air. 62 supply 73 return, check 410 pressure, found 300/80 with 20 super heat and 12 sub cooling, trouble shoot txv, by adding 1 lb of 410, high side went to 400 suction pressure stayed at 80, more sub cooling same super heat, txv not metering refrigerant flow correctly, new indoor txv is needed
