AC tune up for 4 ton American Standard AC system. 20F temperature split. Cleaned drain. Tested condensate pump. Indoor and outdoor equipment wiring ok. Both coils are in good condition. Both zones/tstats ok. All electric motors and components ok. Refrigerant pressures/subcooling/superheat ok. Outdoor voltage/indoor amps/compressor amps ok. Replaced 401 filter and renewed Mr. Saladino’s membership. System is operating well at the time of this tune up.
