Heat Tune Up for 100K BTU 2 stage propane furnace. Checked filter. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked hot surface ignitor ohms. Measured inlet and out let gas pressures. Verified thermostat operation. Inspected vents. Checked all left and components. Performed combustion test. Completed Gas Furance Inspection Form. Provided estimate for REME Whle Home Air Purifier. Replaced 35 Humidifier pan and cleaned housing. Left bypass damper open. Set humidistat to 35%. Furnace is operating safely at design conditions at the time of this maintenance.
