Found 3 amp glass fuse blown on transformer powering zone board. Used an auto fuse and found that with both zone dampers disconnected from circuit, it was still blowing fuse. Found that when both zones were calling it wasn’t sending 24 v to zone dampers. One damper is 16x8 and one damper is 14x8. Found fuse only is blowing when a call from the thermostats to open the dampers. Issu is in the zone board. Recommended to Karen we replace entire zone package. Will get back to her tomorrow.
