Performed precision heat tune up on trane gas furnace. Homeowner to replace Honeywell rp2200 air filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Found inducer motor bearings sounding rough when starting. Also found transition piece leaking water behind inducer motor. Recommend for the price to replace these parts entire furnace should be replaced and a/c. Cleaned flame sensor and blew out condensate drain. Checked gas pressure and performed combustion test. Set up appointment with office to look at replacement.
