Removed old furnace and coil . Installed a new American standard gas heater. Installed a new american standard coil on top of furnace. Reconnected gas piping. Installed a new ez trap with a new condensate drain and pump, discharged in sewer line. Installed new Aprilaire 600 humidifier with new humidistat, saddle valve and new copper water line, install pvc humidifier drain to condensate pump. Ran new line set and thermostat wire. Installed a new American standard ac unit on top of a plastic pad. Put in a new disconnect box and whip to the unit. Brazed and leak checked all joints and tested with 300 psi of nitro and spray bubbles. Adapted all duct work as needed taped and sealed all connections. Caulked and sealed all penetrations into the house. Reconnected flue piping and performed and combustion test. Temp rise is 40. Installed a new Aprilaire He filter, and Filter size is 413
