Install a new Aprilaire 1850 Dehumidifier in the basement of the home. Place condensate drain pan in a central location of the basement and place the new dehumidifer in the pan on snow legs. Install a condensate pump in the drain pan and connect condensate drain line to pump. Install a new vinyl tubing from the condensate pump to the sump pump. Run a new line voltage wire from the electric panel to the location of the dehumidifier and wire in a duplex plug. Add a 15amp single pole breaker to electric panel and wire in. Test dehumidifier to ensure proper operation. Went over operation with customer and check operation of dehumidifier ok flushed pump and test ok dehumidifier has 5 year manufacture parts and 2 year labor from DiBiase heating and cooling
