Performed Certification Inspection on the AC and Gas Furnace system. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter. Do not recommend using Filters that exceed a MERV Rating of 8 as this can reduce Air Flow. Inspected electrical components on Furnace and AC Unit. Found Blower Motor Capacitor testing below rating. Replaced Blower Capacitor and tested system. Cleaned Condensation Drain Line for AC. Tested system in Heating Mode and performed Combustion Analysis. Tested system in Cooling Mode and measured refrigerant charge. Refrigerant charge was to standards at time of testing. Combustion results were within normal operating standards. Tested each zone individually and together in both heating and cooling modes. Each Thermostat was meeting Setpoint when in Heating or Cooling Mode. Airflow to the front bedrooms is lower than the other rooms on the second floor zone, however the zone is meeting the desired set points when tested in each mode at this time.
