Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Bryant Gas a furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter. The old Air Filter was very dirty. Cleaned all drain lines and tubing hoses for furnace. Cleaned Flame Sensor and Inspected Burners and Heat Exchanger. Performed Combustion Analysis on Furnace. While testing Furnace, found unit was shutting down on Error Code #33 which is a Limit Switch Error Code. Found the main Fan Limit was tripping. Fan limit is rated for 170 Degrees. Removed Limit and measured air temperature and was only reading 125 Degrees. Fan limit is failing and is opening well before it set point. This is causing the Unit is cycle on and off and run the blower motor extended times to cool the unit down. Need to replace the Fan Limit and retest the system. The system will not be able to keep up properly in the Winter time when the temperatures are colder with the Fan Limit not working properly. We will contact Bryant tomorrow for availability of the Fan Limit switch and follow up to sc
