Precision AC tune up for 2.5 ton American Standard AC system. Replaced filter. Shut humidifier damper and set humidity control to 0. Cleaned and primed EZ trap. 29F temperature split. All electric motors and components ok. Both coils are in good condition. Refrigerant pressures/subcooling/superheat ok. Outdoor voltage/compressor amps/indoor amps ok. System is operating well at the time of this tune up. Provided email estimate for installation of Honeywell T10 thermostat with room sensor; suggested for more thorough and user friendly control of HVAC system. Renewed plan membership.
