Heat Tune Ups for 8 systems at rim rose clubhouse. Filters are replaced by maintenance staff. Checked hot surface ignitor ohms. Cleaned flame sensors. Visually inspected heat exchanger and burners. Performed combustion test on each furnace. Checked temp rises. Made estimate for duct modifications for control of rec are ducts and to use a lead from larger system to office. Unit 1 continues to have ignition problems as previously noted by us. John said he will keep an eye on it. Completed Gas Furnace Inspection form for all (8) Furnaces. Furnaces are working well at the time of maintenances with the exception of Unit 1 with ignition problems.
