Service call that there was water leaking. Upon arrival, spoke with tenants about issue. Was informed that the Drain Trap which connects to the Main Drain Pipe was overflowing. Blew through all AC Drain Lines and blew through the Main Drain Trap. Poured water through all drain lines to ensure they were clear and to ensure the AC was draining properly. Poured over 10 Gallons of Water through the Drain Trap to ensure it was draining properly. The TEE fitting on the Condensation Drain Pipe was cracked and broken. While this was not the source of the water, it was broken and not glued. To prevent this from leaking cut the drain pipe before the TEE fitting and repiped that section of drain line. Installed a Union Fitting to Access Drain Line. This will allow the drain to be taken apart and removed from the Main Drain Trap it is emptying into without causing stress on any of the Fittings or Pipe.
