Found outdoor Rudd heat pump on high pressure lockout. Reset defrost board and hooked up gauges. Found head pressure going up to 322 psi and climbing at 69 degrees outdoor temp. Also had a subcooling of 24. Found that indoor txv was not working correctly. Will pump charge back into compressor as much as possible and replace filter dryer. Also add refrigerant if needed .
