Performed Precision Air Conditioning Tune Up on Nordyne System. Replaced High Efficiency 413 Air Filter and 14x14x1 Air Filter. Cleaned Condensation Pump and Drain Line. Filled and tested operation of Pump. While testing Electrical Components, found Blower Motor Capacitor was testing below its rating. Replaced the 15 Mfd Capacitor and tested operation of system. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system which was very low. Superheat was at 63 Degrees with a 0 Degree Subcooling. System was only producing a 5 Degree Supply Versus Return Air Temperature Split. Refrigerant and Leak Dye had been added to the system in June 2017. Used UV Light and Glasses to search Indoor and Outdoor Coils for Dye. Found traces of Dye on the Indoor Coil at the back right corner of the Coil. Need to call Nordyne for pricing on replacement of the Indoor Coil with TXV. Was not able to find any other leak sources at this time. There may be additional leaks in the system. To get the system running properly, added
