Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Carrier Gas Furnace system. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter. Inspected and tested electrical components on Furnace. While testing system noted the Inducer Motor is operating but is drawing higher Amps than its rating. Also noted bearings are making a rubbing/whining sound. This could be an indication that the Draft Inducer Motor bearings are starting to wear or become weak. Cleaned all Furnace Drain Lines and tubing. Cleaned condensation Pump and filled to test. Had previously recommended wiring pump safety into system and adding additional water protection to the system. Performed Combustion Analysis on Furnace and measured Air Temperatures. Combustion results and air temperature readings were within standards.
