Went up on roof to outdoor heat pump. Hooked up gauges and had no refrigerant in the system. Troy supplied a bottle of 410a. Started adding refrigerant and found that there was a hole straight through the compressor. Heat pump will need the compressor replaced to get system back in operation. Will let our office know the findings and let them know when we can replace the compressor.
