Performed Precision AC Tune Up on the two systems for the Chapel. Checked Air Filters on both Units. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Put systems into Air Conditioning Mode and measured Refrigerant Charges. The System for the Right Side of the Chapel has a Condensation Pump, however the Pump is not accessible behind the Duct Work. Could not access this Pump to clean out. The Blower Belts on both Systems are becoming dried and cracked. Recommend replacement of the Belts before they fail. Also recommend installing EZ Traps onto the Drain Lines and Wiring into the system as safety devices. Recommended replacing the Condensation Pump on the Left Side of the Chapel with a Pump that is wired into the system to shut the unit down if it becomes clogged or fails. Installing this style pump onto both systems would be advised, but did not include the second pump on estimate due to not being able to access.
