Performed Precision Air Conditioning Tune Ups for the two Daikin Mini Split Systems for the Student Lounge. Removed and Cleaned Filters on each indoor unit. Inspected and cleaned indoor Units. Inspected Main Electrical Wiring on the Indoor and Outdoor Units. Tested operation of each system in Air Conditioning Mode. Inspected Flare Fitting Connections on Refrigerant Lines and used Leak Spray to ensure they were sealed properly. System 3 appears to be used more than System 1. Unit #3 has some bacteria and growth around the Blower Wheel area. Measured Supply and Return Air Temperatures on each system. Both systems are operating to standards at this time.
