Performed Precision Air Conditioning Tune Ups on the Mini Split Systems for the Office and for the Small Lab Room. Was not able to access the Indoor Unit that supplies the Control Room. The Floor was recently tiled and I was not able to walk on the floor or set up the ladder due to the tiling. Will need to return after all flooring work is completed so that unit can be serviced. Cleaned Washable Filters for the other two systems. Inspected Main Electrical Components on the Indoor and Outdoor Units. Put Systems in AC Mode and measured Supply and Return Air Temperatures. Inspected Refrigeration Connections at the Outdoor Unit and used Leak Spray to ensure there were no leaks. Both systems were operating to standards at this time.
