Service call that the First Floor System was not Cooling and the Indoor Coil was Frozen. System was turned off prior to arrival and coil had defrosted. Inspected Coil upon arrival and checked Air Filter. Put system in AC Mode and measured Refrigerant Charge. Supply and Return Differential was only 6 Degrees. Low VSAT temperature and High Superheat indicated that the system was low on Refrigerant. Added 2lbs of 410-A Refrigerant to System Charging by target Superheat of 12 Degrees. Once the system was fully charged, added UV Leak Dye into the System. If the system becomes low on Refrigerant again apse can search for the Leak using UV Lights and Glasses. Supply and Return Differential increased to 20 Degrees and the Refrigerant levels were to standards.
