Replacement of the Indoor Evaporator Coil for the Second Floor System. Pump back refrigerant to the compressor and disconnect Linesets at the Indoor Coil. Cut and remove Vent Piping and Condensation Drains as needed. Remove old Coil and install new Coil. Braze connections with Nitrogen and pressure test system. Evacuate system to below 500 Microns and release refrigerant to the system. Reconnect Venting and Condensation Drain Piping. Put system in operation and measure refrigerant charge. Adjust refrigerant charge using Superheat standards. 8/25/20. Installed new evaporator coil brazed and leak tested. Pulled system down to 310 microns. Released charge back in system and tested. Had a 19 degree split at indoor coil. Pressures were 341/142 at 82 degrees. System is working fine at time of service.
