Performed Quality Assurance on Goodman Gas Furnace/AC System. This was a poor installation. Please see QA Form for details. Sealed around the Return duct and filter rack. Performed Combustion Test and measured gas pressure on furnace. Adjusted gas pressure from 3.8†to 3.5†WC and measured a 50 Degree Delta. Tested cooling mode and tested EZ Trap Float. Sealed hole at outdoor wall and put a 1/2 Connector on the whip at the outdoor unit. The next time we are on site for tune ups need to replace the Disconnect Box and whip for this system. Also need to talk to installers about this job. This was a poor install!
