Performed Precision Heating Tune Upon Carrier GasFurnace. Replaced 20x20x1 Air Filter. Tested Electrical Components on System. Found Blower Capacitor testing below Rating. Replaced Blower Motor Capacitor and cycled system. Removed Burners and inspected Heat Exchanger. Removed and cleaned Flame Sensor. Interior Cabinets of Furnace have a lot of rust present which appears to be from the abandoned Humidifier. The humidifier may have been leaking at one point which caused the rust inside the furnace. Performed Combustion Analysis on Furnace. System is operating and combustion measurements were within ratings. Due to age of system, about 19 Years, would recommend to begin planning for replacement before any major component failure occurs. Would also recommend begin planning for replacement of the 12 Year Old Hot Water Heater. Average life for a residential water heater is between 10-12 Years.
