Heat tune up on two stage natural gas furnace. Verified operation of thermostat and cycling of furnace.Temp rise low fire 37F. Temp rise high fire 68F. Pressure switch and hose are in good condition. Cleaned flame sensor. HSI resistance inducer capacitor, blower capacitor, secondary transformer voltage are within spec. Combustion test proved furnace is operating at designed efficiency. Unit is reading 3.02 amp draw (within limit) verified operation of condensate pump. Tenant replaces 16x16x1 filter monthly herself. Furnace is operating well at this time.
