Heating is provided by a steam boiler. There is a circuit breaker in apartment panel for heat solenoid. Taco ball Valve style zone valve E075C2-3 .is located to the left of washer/dryer in bad condition. 83F temp rise. Verified thermostat operation and heat cycle. Replaced 20x20x1 filter (door and shelving rail must be removed to replace filter). System is operating well at the time of this tune up.
