Performed maintenance on mini split with 5 heads, cleaned all air filters. Checked v, amperage and electrical connections. Checked for codes. All clear. Cycled all zones in the heat mode. Serviced air handler for Cory’s office, replaced air filter. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values. Replaced air filter and cycled heat. Serviced furnace in addition, checked media air filter ok. Blew out condensate trap and drain. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections. Cleaned burners and flame sensor, inspected heat exchanger. Started gas furnace, measured fuel pressures. Performed combustion test. Checked operation and temperature rise.
